General users should not be able to control the CB experience of other users. That power is limited to mods acting in
their official capacity. As a general user you are allowed to control your own experience by ignoring others and to control who sees and who doesn't see your FO posts. Reciprocal ignores made every user part-moderater allowing them to prevent users from seeing not only one person's posts, but all those who reply to them, including the ignored person's own posts and FO if the ignore is applied after the fact.
