If Jefe decides he wants to grant that power to "general users" then of course they should be able to do that, it is jefe's board and he makes the rules. But once again I'm not advocating for it, I'd never use it, so you don't really have to convince me you just need to make a more compelling argument than the one you're making for it to carry some weight. Your experience here is no more important or privileged than anyone else's, they are all at the whim of El Jefe and his decisions.
