That already happens in a bulky way. This makes it more nuanced and potentially
allows people to see more, as more people will be willing to post to Gen pop rather than avoiding it for FO as has been the trend since Recip ignore feature was dropped.
A feature like this would seriously decrease the social incentive for trolling and make a positive difference for every non-troll.
