Plus guys without the BYU connection. Do you realize what BYU failed to match in order to retain Holliday? We're not talking about a ton of money here. The kind of money it would take to get some of the assistants around the country producing good results.

The fact that the school won't aim for a better return on investment. It's not about competing with powerhouse salaries. It's not about "joining the arms race." It's not about breaking the bank. You just can't camp on cash and expect better. It's sad when you won't put just a bit more into the actual revenue producing program.
