He remained on the staff as RBs coach after Bronco got hired. So you're saying Reynolds didn't want the job? Thats just simply not true. Fact of the matter is they needed to clean up the honor code mess and discipline was lacking. Bronco had that in spades, as soon as they interviewed him it was a no brainer.

I agree that Whit was first choice and that would've been even better than Bronco so you're making my case even stronger that Tom Holmoe made a great hire in Bronco as a plan B and would have had an even better hire with Whit.
