it has been that way for 40 years....they seem to think it the right way to do
things. At one point in time, BYU specifically hired all managers with tons of corporate experience. Now they seem to want to grow people from the inside.

And BYU has a top notch PR program. Turn the AD PR over to the Bradley Lab and they'd do a pretty good job. IMO
