Also, what exercise are you doing? The club I train with has kind of swung the
Pendulum back to perceived effort as our main metric. We still know all the zones. But they aren’t strict distinctions.

Rather than zones, it’s more “easy, strong, max, sustainable, soul filling” descriptions of workouts than sticking to strict zones.
