Same boat as you. We were in flux on relocating for work, and got cleared for
WFH after things turned. We’ve just accepted that it’s going to be really tough to make it work, and be happy with what we have.

Yeah if I had access to a VA loan I would have bought asap. 0 down and no PMI? Seems like a no brainer
