From utah to oregon

Keeping our townhome in Utah as a rental, and should make a few hundred a month on it, but nothing crazy.

Got a 4.6% on it a couple of years ago and that felt really high. Now that looks great.

Yeah if I had access to a VA loan I would have bought asap. 0 down and no PMI? Seems like a no brainer

The first mortgage I ever got was 8.25%. And I thought I had timed it great because it had just dropped from 8.375%
