I don’t know how much we could actually pull
We bought 2 years ago. Prices haven’t gone up much more because rates hiked so prices kind of leveled off.
We want to keep it as a long term rental / maybe sell down the road. It’s in a great location in Draper so the value should just keep going up

Yeah if I had access to a VA loan I would have bought asap. 0 down and no PMI? Seems like a no brainer
