That is awesomely shocking. Housing prices there are much more reasonable than
Charlottesville, but I wish it were closer as there's a good chance I would work in Charlottesville.
What do you like about Culpeper? Do most people in your ward commute to DC from there? That would be quite the long commute.

Yeah if I had access to a VA loan I would have bought asap. 0 down and no PMI? Seems like a no brainer
