A few old timers who grew up
when they called Brazil nuts something else, etc. are.
But that's not unique to LDS people. It's a sign of the people who lived and grew up from the 30's to the 50's.
I was raised that certain words were unacceptable even though I didn't know any African American kids until I was in my teens.
