Utah needs 7 homes games in a 12 game schedule (with effectively 10 conference games already etched in stone) to keep up with other PAC schools in generating revenue.
On even years the game is played in RES. On odd years the Utah-BYU game could be played in Honolulu, when the 13 game Hawaii rule would kick in, which would still allow Utah to have 7 home games.
It would be like a home game for BYU, letters from the pulpit would be read to get the faithful out for the game, the PAC would get a marketing entre into Asia.
You guys aren't so selfish to deny your brethren from the islands a chance to see the Holy War up close and personal, are you?
