Aaahhhh...I figured it all out now...put a new sticker on it and it instantly makes you a better program. That's why the yEwets like putting Pac12 stickers on the cars...it instantly makes it better. Transforms their 1981 Honda Civic hatchback into a 2011 Corvette. Put a Pac logo on a t-shirt and transform their drunken red-neck pirate fan into the Most Interesting Man in the World. Put a Pac logo on their home field and instantly change into Jerry's World and demand 2:1. Put it on your helmet and you are an instant power house in your conference challenging for the conference championship.
