"do really think anyone cares about any of the games on your schedule besides BYU and USC." - First of all, this is a question that requires a "?" after it and one that is completely arbitrary. Arbitrary means that it is a matter of opinion and obviously the 10 other teams' fan bases care about it and the 8 other conference games besides USC are very relevant to winning the conference (you might not remember how conferences work).

"If you don't go undefeated there is no way you will make it to the top 4." - Wow. Do you honestly think that can't be said of most all teams in the nation? Also, if Utah loses 1 game and all other teams have at least 2 losses (not likely, but possible) then yes, they can make it to the top 4 (you might not know how math works).

"You can go on and on about your 'home stretch' crap, but the fact of the matter is it doesn't really matter." - Ask Boise State how much the home stretch doesn't matter. While BYU is playing Idaho, San Jose State, and New Mexico State, the USC's, Alabama's, Michigan's, LSU's, Oklahoma's, etc. will be vying for a spot in their respective conference championship games that have all the eyes of the nation on them and count greatly in the final rankings (you may not be familiar with conference championship games either).
