Kind of (and it was 550K to be exact).

The deal was that BYU doesn't get anything for the one trip to Logan, and then USU gets 275K for each trip to Provo. However, USU has to pay BYU $1,000,000 for each game USU cancels. In other words, if USU cancelled the third game, the ultimate result would be a home and home where the total amount of money changing hands would be $725,000 going to BYU.
