I may need a move as well, which may happen with my current employer anyway, so maybe that would help change things
up a bit.
I also have an advanced degree as well and exec level experience, and those are pluses, but sometimes they can make the process a bit longer.
Not gonna lie - some days I look back on the early days of my career and wish it was as easy now to switch jobs as it was back then.
