Changed last year at 49

I went from being in the hotel industry to being a fill time professor at BYU Hawaii. Best decision ever. This summer I start my PhD through a hybrid program with Iowa State and will be on my path to full professor. I now have a chance to actually make a difference and the students here are amazing.

I recommend that you read The Way of the Seal by Mark Divine. Then do what you want to do.
