I'm fine with my compensation. I feel I'm fairly compensated and I typically get a good bonus, so the pay isn't the
issue, what is the issue is just the long hours, the stressful crap we're always dealing with, and sitting in the car. I leave to work at 7AM every I pick my son up from seminary, and then typically leave the office around 7 at night. I end up working an hour or so at home as well since I have people in Australia that I need to speak with.

I recognize a change would be a start over, which is why I've put it off for years. But it's becoming more clear that something needs to change. I may have an opportunity to move to either Minnesota or London with my current employer, and so that may be the change that I need.

Regarding your comment about low-T, you may be onto something there...definitely doesn't hurt to get it checked out. Thanks for the tip.
