the 3rd person, and saying right off the bat, I have to do what's best for "Elijah." I think it came across kinda selfish, even if true.
However, after listening to him, it's hard not to feel like he made the best decision for himself and his family, and he is a very likeable guy. I came away from the interview with a little more of a window into his decision, and I think he made the right one for him.
I hope he has success in chasing his dream.
Still bummed he's leaving, tho.
