My daughter is in Utah currently, but she’s adamant she won’t raise her family there. My kids grew up in Texas, and I’d
be surprised if they were to live in Utah. That said, you never really never know what the future holds.

Those are both bad options, IMO. I’d probably take option A to buy time while looking for option C.
