You’re sorry that I never have headaches due to the foods I eat? Your sorry that I’m almost never tired because of the foods I eat? You’re sorry that I’m not stuck on the toilet with nasty diarrhea like I used to be all the time? You’re sorry that I don’t end up in the ER with esophageal problems 1-2 times a year and doctors have never been able to diagnose what my problem is?

Rice is a grain, high in carbs and probably not gluten free.
