i just have to balance the checkbook at the end of the day week and month calorie wise. But i've had tons of blizzards, cheesecakes, huge burgers, pizzas, cookies etc. I've been jogging 5 days a week for between 2-6 miles each time. It hurts knowing that if i had a better diet plan i would probably be pushing 50-60 pound lost. But this way i havent felt like i was missing anything foodwise. Sometimes eating crap food is the best motivator for me to eat a lot of good foods for several days afterwords and to exercise well and recover from those days where I crash and burn. But intermittent fasting, salads with low calorie dressing for lunch have played a huge role in my weight loss. I try to eat meat, salad beans for dinner but if some better offer comes along...I take it. Family going to sonic to get shakes? I'm going too. I have to think long term....my weight loss plan is over a years time. If i ride the ups and downs of what happens from week to week when there is vacations and stuff it would drive me nuts. I just know slow and steady and consistently weighing myself and exercising and being somewhat vigilant about what I eat will eventually win out. I can cheat often and still come out of it. Just can't let the cheating cause huge stretches of inactivity and food binging.
