My wife cut sugars and anything made with any type of flour from her diet and
With simple walking exercise 20 minutes 3x/wk... lost 65 lbs in about 14 months. She just eats moderate amounts of fruits, vegetables and proteins now. She looks and feels great, fit, and has no desire to add sugars and flour back to her diet.
