Breakfast is always a protein shake. Something like frozen fruit, scoop of whey, half of an avocado and water. Super simple. I also take a probiotic but not everyday I cycle it on and off.
Lunch I have chicken salad.
Snack I have veggies with hummus.
Dinner is whatever my wife makes but smaller portions.
I drink at least a gallon of water a day.
Workout:
I do five day splits: Monday Chest, Tue Back, Wed Legs, Thu Shoulders, Friday arms, Sat second leg day or wildcard day.
I’m addition to weights I start off every workout with a 10 min run, and I do HIIT during my sets, like do a set of bench press, get off bench and do 100 jump ropes, then rest, End the workout with abs or core every day, and then finish with 20 min of light cardio. It’s a 80-90 min workout daily. I drink a preworkout.
And that’s it. On weekends I will have a date night and am ok with a cheat meal for date night and a cheat meal for Sunday dinner.
