Do you have a caloric or macro goal daily or just keep it pretty simple as you've outlined?
You are definitely getting your Exercise Activity Thermogenesis way up with all the ancillary movements in between your sets which is burning a lot of additional calories.

Again, very nice job! Dropping that kind of weight isn't easy.
