I found I had to mix it up to try and get through a plateau
Old regime:
M - Chest/tri
T - Back/Bi
W - rest/cardio
Th - legs
F - shoulders abs
S - make-up
new:
M - Chest/Bi
T - hams/lowerback/abs
W - rest/cardio
Th - back/tri
F - quads/calves/shoulders
S - make-up
its been great and is killing me. But great.
Will probably switch back in a couple to weeks because now the muscles are getting multiple trainings/week (primary + secondary work-outs)
