CFP is set up to exclude any team outside the P5 and ND.
SOS and head-to-head criteria will always stand in the way.
UCF showed us that. Two years and 25 games undefeated history, including a NY6 victory against a P5, was only good for #8 in the CFP rankings.

I honestly believe you will see P5 and G5 split into two subdivisions with each having a championship
