This totally depends on what you're studying
For example, my son is in the video game design program at the U, which was the number one program in the world when he entered last year, and is number two this year, after USC. Does BYU even have a video game design program? I know when I was studying back in the 90's, the CS program at BYU wasn't even the highest ranked program in Utah County. That was Utah Valley.
Of course BYU is better overall than UVU, but it shows you can't say that one school is better than another. It totally depends on the student and what they want to study.
