people are social distancing and restaurants and businesses are complying with that then the percentage of people who don't — including the people who went to the airport to greet missionaries — are probably not a problem and may even be helping. I'm worried about the general public panicking and taking matters into their own hands when they find a person who didn't social distance when in fact we need a little bit of that.
