I've listened to a few podcasts where Jason Fung has been a guest and watched
several of his talks on YouTube. He's pretty compelling, and makes a great case for fasting (particularly convincing are the results he sees in his practice).

I'm contemplating a longer fast but want to do some research about what benefits might occur only AFTER 3 days or more. I'm hopeful that fasting can stimulate autophagy and have some positive effects on longevity etc.
