Yes, doing OMAD or eating every other day. My longest fast was 5 days.

Its the easiest form of weight loss and diet control. Also the most flexible.

You don't have to count anything or weigh anything or buy special foods. You just don't eat. You get less hungry than if you are eating small amounts

The long-term fasts are easier than the short ones. You hit a hump at some point, usually day 2 or day 3 once you are adapted, and once you are over the hump you feel fine.

You have to get adapted, though. The adaptation is harder if you aren't already doing keto or low-carb. My first week of OMAD I felt like I had a mild flu or headaches every day.

Anyone who wants to try it, I would strongly recommend Dr. Fung's book The Fasting Cure. Full of data.
