I've been in ketosis since June 2019, and I think that makes it much easier. I don't feel tired or really even hungry, but I do miss the eating "ritual" every day. I also fast daily with a 3 hour eating window where I only eat dinner and maybe one treat in the evening. I look forward to that one meal though, and it's a little depressing when I know I'm not going to get it.
One fast a few months ago started as a 3 day and I ended up going 5 days because I felt really good and decided to just keep it going a bit longer.
