Also, get on a true workout program and no don't go to bodybuilding.com and find the most ripped and shredded guy and do his "program". That stuff is for bozos.
Find a legit routine, for non-steroid using males. Plenty of folks on the board can point you in the right direction, but "Jay Cutlers signature workout routine" or "Arnold's Golden Age program" are not going to work long-term.
