I work out 6 days a week.
I do the peloton (30-45 min) or run (5 miles) every day. I lift 2-3x per week.
I count calories. I use a Fitbit to track my workouts and track my calories burned. I ballpark the calories I consume. I aim to burn around 3400 calories per day while consuming around 2,000 (or a little more) calories. For the most part, this has forced me to give up fast food and fried food, and ice cream (although I eat a Fatboy some nights). Sunday's I cheat
So far so good. Resting heart rate is down from 65 to 55. Sleep better. Less heartburn. Down the 16 pounds. Clothes fit so much better. I want to get to 190.
Just get through the first week and it gets much easier.
