When I got back from my mission I was 155. An unhealthy low, but quickly got up to around 185. I was going to the gym a bunch and putting on tons of muscle. One trip with some buddies for a weekend threw off my routine and I stopped going. Since then I have gained the said 37 lbs. I fault myself for giving the excuse of the trip to stop working out, since it’s by my own volition if I work out and how I eat. I at one point got back down to around 195 which was still too much for my liking, but since the virus my weigh has skyrocketed. I’m too short and too young to weigh this much haha so it’s time to kick it into gear. Hopefully I can use CB as at least a small resource for accountability. My plan is to do keto for 3-5 weeks, working out 5+ times a week, and then keep the same workout schedule and keep roughly the same eating habits but without the true keto lifestyle. It’s also fun to share my progress as I work to lose weight. Let’s see where go from here on out. Just gotta be open with people who don’t know me so I don’t feel as dumb about being fat as I would talking to people who know my face.
