Calories in, calories out. Keto won't help if you're not in a calorie deficit
but if you eat less on keto then you're part of the 1% of the population who benefits from that diet.
Carbs aren't bad or making people fat. Too much food is the problem.

Keto is not a magic bullet, please understand that. Plenty of people can lose significant weight and never do keto.
