Blindly throw everything to the free market. Public goods and necessities sadly require some government control. Not because it is better, but because corporations have shown that they cannot be trusted to protect the public good. Some things are more important than profit. Would it be better if the free market could be trusted... sure. But the internet infrastructure is not accessible enough for it to work. Only a few have access in the way needed to start an ISP, and the barrier to entry is so high that it would easily be taken advantage of by large corporations.
