If you are one that uses shady websites to download movies, bit torrent or other peer-to-peer filing sharing sites then net neutrality is for you. Without it your ISP can throttle down the speed of your illegal downloads and speed up the internet for legal paid sites such as Netflix.

As a guy who pays for streaming services I don't want equal download speeds with shady websites. I expect my ISP to ensure my Netflix gets priority over all others.
