100 years later and you are driving to work on a smooth road with gas stations along the way. The free market figured it out and made the horse and buggy obsolete.

I just bought a new TV that allows me to watch movies from my digital TV antenna from Google. I figured Google was dependent on ISPs and cables. Nope, they are hitting the airwaves as well. I don't doubt the ability to progress via technology. To stifle it and say only cable will ever deliver internet is wrong.
