WR's can't fight off at the LOS.
Tailing off routes as incomplete.
Not fighting for the ball, and protecting it at all costs.
Bad route running (getting too close to the out of bounds, and not keeping a cushion).
WRs WAIT for balls to come to them, instead of breaking off routes to "go get it."
Not helping a scrambling QB by finding the open seam.
Ultimately, they are not able to use their speed, because they can't get open. We have some of the fastest receivers BYU has had, and they are not aggressive enough. Some of it has been on QB play, as well. When players HAVE been open, they've been missed, overthrown, etc.
