Well after living in Germany for three and a half years and meeting hundreds if
not thousands of people that have lived overseas in the military the last 18 years, I can tell you that is crazy talk. We loved living over there, and I would say maybe 80-90% of the people that are there love it (and the ones that don't, many of them hate the base or the U.S. that their kids have to go to). And living over there at 23 would be a huge incentive. I love Utah, but would choose to live in Germany 10 times out of 10 if given the choice.
