Whoa...I'm also 5'11..don't know if I've been in the 170s since HS. I was in the
190s last month and am creeping back down to 189 today.
I've been between 180-185 for nearly 10 years wi th out problems. Suddenly the past 3 I went up nearly 10.

My philosophy is that it's not sugar, it's the calories. The problem is that high sugar foods have so much more calories
