Then make sure you do enough exercise to never let it come back. Don't do something drastic like cut out sugar forever. Don't make sugar some kind of villian. That's not fun or sustainable.
I'm 5'11" and got up to around 215. Five years ago I lost that weight and got down to 176. I've stayed there for five years even while I eating ice cream and Oreos almost every night. I just exercise every morning.
