less now. Used to play basketball 1 to 2 times a week but everyone stopped coming so that stopped. Amazing how much extra sugar (and carbs in general) will make you gain weight. The week I dropped my sugars I instantly felt much better.
It's also amazing how much we have trained outselves to overeat. 1 year ago I decided to try smaller portion sizes. I probably eat half the size meals that I normally would. If I'm hungry I go back for more, but if I wake 20 min I'm not longer hungry and I ate half of the calories if I had started with a "normal" portion.
