Saw the new Godzilla over the weekend. How do movies like this get made? The script seemed to be written by a 12 yo.

It was made for audiences in Asia. Any US money is bonus. Many Hollywood films are now made for Asian markets.

Yes, but the old movies rarely took so much time on human characters...

Good point. When I was a kid, I loved Godzilla. I even rented audio versions on vinyl from the library to listen to.
