Here's the thing... they have to choose a price point where they eventually make money.
The $35 price point is to get you in the door, but eventually they will go out of business if they don't bump it up. $35 a month for all their users isn't enough to keep them in business.

You were trying to force them to give you a price that would lose them money every month. Of course they cut ties. Why would they want a customer that costs them money?
