Whatever grounds allows teams/conferences/universities to come up with a system that excludes BYU and every other G5 from the preferential playoff treatment and superior bowls and better financial payouts would be in play in that scenario as well.

The fact that it’s not antitrust now means that it wouldn’t be antitrust then.
