I mean, every one of the P5 has the opportunity to invite us right now. The Big12 or pac12 could probably invite us and
Offer 0 TV money for the life of the current contact and we’d definitely accept. But still. Nothing.
I don’t see why any of them would go out of their way to include BYU or even give BYU a thought at all.
If they break off, they’re leaving BYU behind. The entire deal would almost certainly involve conference deals and cross conference cooperation. How would BYU fit in that? They’d have to have a special deal for BYU. Why would any of them spend any time working out a deal for BYU? It’s not gonna happen.
BYU would only be involved as part of a conference. What’s the motivation for any conference to invite BYU in that scenario?
