In March, before they kicked us out of church gyms, I was playing 3 mornings a week, plus some nights. Went from 212 down to 200 in a month, and was feeling great.
Been a slow retreat since.
On a positive note, since that CBer posted about doing 100 pushups a day for a year, I decided to do the same thing.
First 5 days I was having to do 10 sets of 10
Next 5-7 days I was doing 6 sets of 15 then a set of 10 to finsh it off.
This week, I've been able to do 4 sets of 25, and actually did 6 or 7 sets yesterday.
It's a small climb, but much needed.
Also, I need pickup basketball to start again. For many reasons!
